Amascut's Enchanted Gem is a relic rewarded for completing the Knowledge is Power collection for the first time which requires 119 Archaeology. Using it at the mysterious monolith unlocks the Slayer Introspection relic power.

According to the Wise Old Man, who rewards players for the Knowledge is Power collection, it is the original enchanted gem made by Amascut to direct the Order of Slayers with Slayer assignments.
