Unexpected Diplomacy is a relic power that players can activate at the mysterious monolith. Once activated, players will receive a 10% gain to all reputation earned at

• the Heart of Gielinor (reputation), including any reputation granted by using anima crystals
• the Farming Guild (reputation), including reputation granted by using farming reputation boons
• Menaphos (reputation), including any reputation granted by using Menaphite gift offerings
• Mazcab (reputation), including any reputation granted by using Goebie burial charms

It costs 1,000 chronotes to activate Unexpected Diplomacy and uses 50 monolith energy.

Obtaining

• Complete the Zarosian I collection for Soran to receive the seal of the Praefectus Praetorio relic.
• Use the seal of the Praefectus Praetorio on the mysterious monolith to unlock the relic power.
