General Shredflesh is an ork found under Jiggig during the quest A Fairy Tale III - Battle at Ork's Rift. During the quest, his tooth hurts so the player must retrieve it using a tooth extractor which is made during the quest. Shredflesh's tooth is then used to grow an ivory version of him in order to combat Fairy Godfather.

He is killed by the player in the ensuing battle.

Trivia

• After removing his tooth during the quest, despite his chathead having the larger tooth missing, his actual character image ingame still has the tooth.
• He is shown as level 175 in some cutscenes.
