Trivia

edit
  • One conversation references the real-life superstition of Friday the 13th, but with "Friday" replaced with "Erysail" in accordance to the Saradominist calendar. This does not require the real date to occur, nor does it change on a real Friday the 13th (the first since Omen's release being 13 October 2023). In the same conversation, Omen volunteers to fly above the player and aim for their shoulder, a reference to the tradition that being struck by bird droppings is good luck.
  • Another references the four-leaf clover, a traditional symbol of good luck, but with clover replaced with toadflax.
  • The player UncleNeary was the first to receive Omen 2 hours and 6 minutes after the Necromancy skill became available. [1]
  • Omen's wing trails make the shape of a soul rune.
  • Omen is currently the only skilling pet without a halo variant, and from its release until the 2024 Easter event, it did not have a bunny ear variant.
