Trivia

Sparky was the only combat skilling pet not designed by a player, as he was based on a currently existing NPC. However the suggestion for Sparky to be the Ranged pet prompted a graphical revamp.
Sparky's pet model has notably darker colouring than his NPC counterpart.
Unlocking Sparky causes his NPC counterpart to disappear.
