Sammy is a non-player character that can be found boating around Lake Mnemosyne in the City of Um after the player has reached level 46 Necromancy. Talking to them rewards the player with 25 souls. As the player can only navigate the lake after renting a boat from Ed, this requires level 65 Necromancy.

Achievements

• Boaters All the Way Down ( 5) – Talk to a boater while wearing a boater.
• Um Pop ( 20) – Meet all of the listed inhabitants of Um.
