The psychiatry clinic is located in City of Um. Doctor Gehirn, a psychiatrist in the city, resides here. There is a psychiatrist sign on the wall of the clinic. When the players arrives at level 77 Necromancy, Doctor Gehirn appears and a skeleton appears as one of his clients.
