Big Al is a non-player character involved in the quest That Old Black Magic. He is a skull that Lady Grey uses as a footrest while she plays music after players return her guitar. The rest of his body was used to create the band's instruments: his tendons compose Lady Grey's guitar strings, his bones were used to make Zommy 'Brains' Walker's piano, and his skin was used for The Spirit of Rhythm's drum skins. 'No Gums' Murray is not known to possess any part of him, as his original trumpet was lost and replaced by an Everlight trumpet.
