Faisal the Barman owns The Asp & Snake Bar in Pollnivneach. Other than serving fine drinks to his thirsty customers, he may be assisting players with the Feud quest.

He sells a variety of drinks. The drinks are beer, whisky, jug of Wine, vodka, brandy and grog.

After the Feud quest, player can tell him that Traitorous Hesham's drink was poisoned in order to complete Free Beer Here achievement.
