Tefimhet is a cat found in Menaphos. He can be found resting in the Soul Rune Temple. Finding Tefimhet is needed to complete the Feline Good achievement.

When spoken to while wearing a catspeak amulet or a cramulet, he chastises the player for so blindly bumping into the souls of the dead.
