Deck chairs are scenery that can be found around the Lumbridge Crater during The Beach events. They may be sat on. Sitting on each colour deck chair 10 times unlocks Deckchair Rest, an animation override.
Attempting to cast certain teleports blocks the spell, claiming that the player is too relaxed for teleportation.
When choosing to sit on a deck chair, the player first moves within 10 game squares of the chair if not already close enough, and then runs to the chair and sits down on it. Once running to the chair, the action can't be interrupted. In The Beach event in 2024 all but the northern blue-striped deck chair have some game squares from which the chairs can't be reached.
