A water balloon launcher token is an item that can be obtained through activities during the Summer Beach Party or purchased through Sheldon for 33 RuneCoins, or in 2020 through Oddments Store. It can be activated to unlock the Water Balloon Launcher, destroying the token in the process. This overrides any two-handed Ranged weapon wielded if activated.
Once the override has been unlocked, confirming the activation prompt causes the token to be saved.
