Bones of convention are bones that are buried in the graveyard north of Canifis. 8 of these must be dug up as part of the Canifis task of the RuneFest 2017 skillchip hunt. Although unneeded to complete the task, they can be buried for a base amount of 500 Prayer experience, which can be increased by modifiers such as the First age outfit or gilded altars. They may also be increased by offering them at the Chaos temple's altar. However, attempting to crush them to use with the ectofuntus is disabled when holding a bone of convention since earlier this used to force players to disconnect from the game.
