Zamorakian IV is an Archaeology collection of Isaura requiring the below artefacts. Completing the collection for the first time completes the Isaura: Zamorakian IV achievement and rewards you with Ariadne's Diadem, which unlocks the Inspire Love relic power.

Completing the collection after the first time rewards a tetracompass piece, and the piece is determined similarly as when they are obtained from elsewhere; they are always obtained in order: left, right, dial, and needle.

• patch 18 May 2020 (Update):
  • Velucia and Isaura realised they'd misplaced items from the Zamorakian III collection into Zamorakian IV and vice versa. The mistake has been corrected:
    • The Virius trophy and the Chaos Elemental trophy have been moved to Zamorakian IV.
    • The 'Possession' metal sculpture, the Trishula and the Tsutsaroth piercing have been moved to Zamorakian III.
