This variant of the Twiblick night special is the unlocked version of the original item given by Captain Braindeath. It is unlocked by Bill Teach upon giving him the default item, and can be opened by the player for a chest filed with feminine wigs and various kinds of make-up.

Trivia

• It might be named after a TV series named Saturday Night Special, since Twiblick is the Gielinorian counterpart of Saturday in the calendar, which in turn is named after Friar Twiblick, one of the Seven Priestly Warriors.
