Barrelchest Mk IIs are seen patrolling the coast of Bloodsplatter Isle during A Clockwork Syringe. They fire on The Adventurous and prevent it from docking, and must be defeated by Baron von Hattenkrapper in order to allow The Adventerous to dock and allow the player to gain access to the island's facility.
