Thugs are relatively low level human enemies. A group of them can be found in low-level Wilderness, north of the Grand Exchange, near some entrances that lead to the Chaos Tunnels. Another group can be found at the Wilderness-side entrance of the Edgeville Dungeon; this group has more varied appearances. They are aggressive and multiple will try to attack players if they pass by.
