Transcripts Project

Working on improving transcripts by adding Template:Transcript NPC to all transcripts where NPCs speak, as well as adding Template:Speaksin to all NPCs that speak on dialogues not their own. Plus checking use of Template:Hasdialogue and Template:Transcript.
