Regular Stairs is located on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US] and 2^nd floor^[UK]3^rd floor^[US] of Town Hall in Fort Forinthry after it is built or upgraded to tier 2. They connect to the stone stairs on the ground floor and Trap Door on the top floor.

After the Town Hall has upgraded to tier 3, the stairs became Ornate Stairs.
