The Castle Wars Ticket Exchange is a shop run by Lanthus that sells rewards for Castle Wars. Rewards can only be purchased with silver and gold Castle wars tickets.

In order to receive one of each reward, the player will need a total of 8,475 tickets. This is equivalent to 4,238 games, if all games are wins. This will account for 1,726 hours of gameplay.

Players are able to re-sell most rewards for a full refund of their tickets. This can be done in the store interface by right-clicking the items in the inventory interface that appears to the side of the shop and selecting the "sell" option. Exceptions include potions, Castle Wars chinchompas, and ballista ammo.

Detailed and Profound decorative equipment can be bought from Stanley Limelight Traders with thaler instead, and resold at the Castle Wars Ticket Exchange. Profound equipment offers an effective exchange rate of 11.5 thaler to 1 gold ticket. Detailed equipment is of marginally worse value (costing about 0.6% more) but its lower price makes it more flexible and requiring less time investment.
