Three barrels is an item used in the keg balance challenge in the Warriors' Guild. When one keg is picked up in the room, One barrel will appear on the player's head. If another keg is picked up, it becomes Two barrels, all the way up to Five barrels. It cannot be removed from the head slot by clicking Remove, and is only lost when the barrel stack collapses, causing a small amount of damage.
