The Decapitated head with a brain is an item used in Creature of Fenkenstrain. It is one of the five parts of the monster that Dr Fenkenstrain is creating. It is created by using the pickled brain of Lord Rologarth with the decapitated head.

The head was originally the Gardener Ghost's head, until Dr Fenkenstrain murdered him via decapitation.
