Tiadeche is one of the three brothers in Tai Bwo Wannai. He can be found fishing Karambwan on the coast of Karamja, north of the crashed gnome glider by the shipyard (not functional gnome glider or on the same section of the island as the volcano). Before the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest he can most easily be reached using the fairy ring code DKP. After the quest he will be found in the village of Tai Bwo Wannai in the most southwestern house where he sells the following items:

Raw karambwan - 440 coins each, amount of 10
Karambwan vessel - 5 coins, amount of 10

Before the completion He wears a cat training medal.
