Enchanted flour is a quest item used to free the Lumbridge Sage in Recipe for Disaster. It is one of the three ingredients of a cake of guidance, the others being enchanted egg and enchanted milk. Enchanted flour can be made from a pot of flour by completing a memory test given by Wizard Traiborn in the Wizards' Tower, who will then enchant the flour.
