Cinnamon is used to make a creme brulee supreme during the Recipe for Disaster: Freeing Sir Amik Varze subquest. It is obtained by using a dramen branch with a pestle and mortar. Although there is indeed a cinnamon tree in the game, it cannot be used to obtain cinnamon; it must come from the dramen tree. If used with a brulee (egg), it will make a brulee (raw).

Despite its right-click text saying Drop, attempting to drop this item will prompt Destroy text and destroy the item if accepted.
