The painting bench is a scenery object located inside Diango's Workshop in Christmas Village. It only appears once players have built it during A Christmas Reunion by using three split fir logs and five steel nails on the northernmost pile of planks.
It is used as part of the marionette making activity to paint incomplete marionettes. While working at the painting bench, a blue progress bar is shown above the player, indicating how many carved marionette bodies in their backpack they have processed.
