The Open trapdoor was an inaccessible trapdoor located on one of the smaller islands to the east of Tutorial Island. The only options available for it were Go-down, Close and Examine. It used to be only examinable, which gave the message What horror lurks below?
This area could only be seen with the Orb of oculus from Lumbridge Swamp.
