Lady Geniven was a member of the Council of Falador. She is featured in RuneScape: The Gift of Guthix.
In year 56 of the Fifth Age, following the destruction of the entrance to the law altar by the Fremennik as part of the Great Invasion, a meeting was held to discuss an Asgarnian offensive against the Fremennik's outpost in Ardougne. Lady Geniven was puzzled about the assault on Entrana, considering the Asgarnians had the Fremennik nearly surrounded in Ardougne, but Sanafin Valzin pointed out that only some Fremennik were stationed there, while others would have used their longships to attack other settlements.
While Zanmaron considered the altar a strange choice to target due to the limited uses for law runes at the time, Lady Geniven declared that Gunnar wanted to spread his "demon-worship" and chose the law altar due to its location on a Saradominist holy site. She also took a jab at the wizard orders for not being able to find the "true purpose of the runes most blessed" by Saradomin, and then specifically at the Green Order, suggesting they were incapable of restoring the law altar. Valzin dismissed Geniven's comments about the Fremennik targeting Saradomin, instead reasoning that Entrana was on the path of most rune altars.
