A powered necromantic seal of the Faceless is an item created by crafting at least five miasma runes in one action while carrying an unpowered seal. 10 powered seals are required to complete Kili's Knowledge VII achievement. Each set of 5 runes crafted will only charge a single seal, even if multiple are being carried; but multiple seals can be charged at once as long as sufficient impure essence to create 5 times that many runes is carried. The essence needed to charge all 10 seals at once can be carried through the combined usage of Runecrafting pouches, the infinity ethereal outfit, and a Runecrafting familiar.
