Pawya quota ticket is a reward from Big Chinchompa that allows access to the Pawya portal. It entitles you to catch one pawya, and can be bought with 8 competence points at level 66 Hunter(this can not be boosted). The maximum quantity that can be owned at any time is 30,000, after which they can no longer be purchased.
