Polar kebbit quota ticket is a reward from Big Chinchompa that allows access to the Polar kebbit portal. It entitles you to catch one polar kebbit, and can be bought with 15 competence points at level 70 Hunter(this can not be boosted). The maximum quantity that can be owned at any time is 30,000, after which they can no longer be purchased.
