The Book of diplomacy is an item that can be bought by Ironman players from Mr Ex for 50,000 coins. Reading the book will permanently remove a player's status as an Ironman and will lift the restrictions that were placed on an Ironman after 7 days. For characters tied to a Jagex Account, the 7 day grace period can be extended to 90 days by speaking with Mr Ex. Sealing the jar of divine light would prevent purchase or use of the book of diplomacy.
