The prized pendant of Smithing is a pendant of skill that may be obtained as a prize from the Squeal of Fortune. It may be discharged of all its power to provide the player with an amount of bonus experience for Smithing dependent on level. It provides more bonus experience than a regular pendant of Smithing. When a prized pendant of Smithing is discharged of its power, it becomes a cosmetic prized pendant of Smithing.

Originally, pendants only increased experience gained while worn. They, along with other similar items, were changed to instead grant bonus experience with an update on 8 October 2013.
