Shrine Tender Joanna is the head tender to the Altar of Inanna, along with her brother Shrine Tender Jedediah. During the Visions of Havenhythe quest, she has the player pray to the shrine's altar, and is convinced by it's magical reaction that the player's vision is truthful, and to return to Adam.

She wears a Third age druidic wreath.
