The Scared skavids can be found in various places throughout the Skavid caves all around Gu'Tanoth and the Feldip Hills, which the player must go to during the Watchtower quest in order to retrieve one of the Watchtower crystals. In order to get them to cooperate, players must speak with the Scared skavids in their native language, simply called Skavid.
