Life Saver is an achievement that requires the player to trigger a sign of life effect a total of 50 times. Activating a sign of death, portent of life, portent of death, or the Defence cape perk also counts for this.
A fast way of earning this achievement is using excess life refreshes. Players can teleport to a boss to incur heavy damage, activate the sign of life effect, and back to a bank where a life refresh may be quick-read. The War's Retreat Teleport is useful for this.
Another quick method is to use the Fight Cauldron, go to an erupting section, leave once sign activates, and bank to refresh a new sign of life.
