Crying Over Foraged Milk is an achievement that requires the player to use the Cry emote after harvesting a lactarius mushroom from a mushroom cluster on The Islands That Once Were Turtles in the Arc.

Lactarius mushrooms can only be harvested on The Islands That Once Were Turtles. The mushroom clusters on Goshima and the Uncharted Isles do not yield lactarius mushrooms.
