Neverlight is an achievement that requires the player to use a Darklight weapon on the Everlight flames on the top of the lighthouse on Everlight Dig Site.
The Everlight lighthouse is located in the south-eastern corner of the Everlight Dig Site. The Everlight flames may be accessed via the elevator repaired in Hallowed Be..., or by skipping over the scaffolding at the base camp after the completion of The Everlight mystery.
