Five a Day is an achievement that requires a player cast the spell Bones to Bananas whilst inside Senntisten. It cannot be completed if the player stands in the underground area of The TzekHaar Front. The spell may be cast with at least one bones, big bones, or monkey bones in the player's inventory in order to complete the achievement.

It is required for the Who Needs Ancient Magicks? achievement.
