An unfinished starbloom robe top is an item used in the tailoring process to create a starbloom robe top. It is received after an unfinished starbloom draft has been drafted to 30% progress completion at the drafting table in the Crafting Guild or Wendlewick. The process can be finished by crafting the unfinished robe top at a tailor's dummy and finishing the remaining progress there.
