Offhand lanterns are recommended for necromancy switches, since switching away from an Omni guard or Devourer's Guard lose any Death Spark or Soul Reave stacks, and prematurely end the Death Essence and Soul Crush buffs.

Flanking 4 by itself has the highest chance (81.56%) at levels 52/53.

Flanking 4, Eruptive 2 exists (0.3057%) but is about 16 times rarer than Flanking 4, Eruptive 1.
