Scarab Infestation is an achievement that requires the player to participate in a successful encounter against Kezalam, the Wanderer without letting any of the volatile scarab akhs explode. The volatile scarab akhs must be stunned in order for them to become damageable. A blue bar appears above them once they appear, and if it charges up completely, it will explode and deal a large amount of typeless damage. The damage is not proximity-based and affects every player in the arena.
