Panic at the Disco is an achievement that requires the player to use the Panic emote in the area with the flashing tiles in the Party Room of a Clan Citadel. Contrary to the description, the player does not need to be in their own clan's citadel; it can be achieved even without being in a clan.

The party room is located in the keep on the 1^st floor^[UK]2^nd floor^[US], next to the meeting rooms. It is located directly above the senate.
