Blessings of the Wolf is the reward currency used in the Shrine of the Spirit Wolves run by Pikkenflix, east of Shrine of Inanna. It can be used to unlock gear in the shop, and purchasing the gear will not consume the currency.
The player earns 1 Blessing of the Wolf per infused pouch when creating pouches at the Shrine of Inanna on the Empowered Obelisk.
