Psychedelic Relics is an achievement that requires the player to disassemble any combination of 5 rare laboratory relics, relics of Aminishi or reef relic.
This achievement can only be completed in normal mode.
It appears that the relics must also be obtained after the update was released for the achievement to be completed; it also doesn't seem to work if the relics are noted.
