Heatproof is an achievement that requires the player to defeat Zemouregal & Vorkath in hard mode without using any dragonfire protection.
Strategy
[edit | edit source]Unlike other dragons' dragonfire, Vorkath's dragonfire is unique in that it is dealt as magic damage which can be mitigated via defensive abilities, and can also miss. However, it is best to keep health as high as possible, as the dragonfire can deal a lot of damage if it does hit, especially if Vorkath has been empowered by an empowering zombie.
In group kills, one can re-enter the fight after dying and still get credit for this achievement.
This achievement fails if any player in the instance gets hit by Vorkath's dragonfire while using any dragonfire protection.
