And They Called Him Weapon Poison+++ is an achievement that requires the player to kill a ghostly troll thrower or ghostly troll bruiser using the Necromancy skill. Only the last hit needs to be done with a Necromancy weapon for the achievement to complete.

Ghostly trolls can be found inside of the City of Um troll cave which is entered via the large cave opening on the southern coast of the City of Um.
