Young grotworms are creatures found in the top level of the Grotworm Lair north-east of Rimmington near the White Knight Camp. They are the only monsters that drop coral bolts.

They have a very small range of aggression and will only attack players if they come right next to them, similar to living rock creatures. They attack with magic and melee, however, they only use magic when the player is out of melee range, and only use melee when the player is next to them.
