Xiezhi

Xiezhi is a beast located in Hanyang, in The Loop region of the Wushanko Isles.

In one of the A Joint Acquisition voyages, the Tengu heads to Hanyang to treat with Xiezhi and to teach the Convict a lesson in honesty. The beast rewards them with lacquer and chi.^[1]

The xiezhi is a mythical Chinese creature found in various East Asian legends.
Hanyang, the beast's in-game location, is the former name of Seoul, the capital of South Korea.
