Weapon poison is a poison only available while training the Dungeoneering skill. Applying this potion will make your attacks have a 15% chance per hit of poisoning the target for 4 minutes. When suffering from weak weapon poison, enemies will take up to 69 damage every 10 seconds, gradually reducing until it wears off in 3 minutes.
It is made by adding Wormwood and Firebreath whiskey to a Vial of water. This requires level 54 in Herblore and grants 114 experience in Herblore. This potion can only be made in dungeons with complexity level ≥5.
